Timeframes

  • Dissatisfaction: up to 7 days after delivery.

  • Manufacturing defects: up to 30 days after delivery.
    Visible damage (scratches, cracks, missing parts) must be reported within 24 hours, including photos or a video.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Products altered or modified in any way will not be accepted.

After inspection, the customer may choose to:

  • Exchange the item

  • Receive a refund for the product's value

Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered item matches the order.

Warranty
All Magniny products include a 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date.
To activate it, customers must send a short video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging.

The warranty does NOT cover

  • Aesthetic damage after delivery

  • Liquid or moisture exposure

  • Improper use or falls

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Wear and tear (scratches, fading, oxidation, battery degradation)

  • Intentional misuse or stress tests
